Cancellation Policy
•All cancellations or rescheduled appointments made without a minimum of 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equal to the full service amount—
no exceptions.
• All consent forms must be signed prior to your appointment; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the appointment.
• For safety reasons, I require a copy of your valid
ID at the time of booking for our initial appointment.
• Providing an inactive card on file will prevent any future bookings.
• Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so will lead to cancellation.
